🍂 Brewery Buzz: Getting Cozy with Winter Brews!


It’s cold, foggy, and quiet outside... Autumn is in full swing, and winter is just around the corner. A chilly wind is blowing, painting the world in bleak tones.

But here, inside the brewery, we are absolutely bursting with activity and warmth!

Yesterday, we successfully bottled our Cailleach Dry Stout. It's now going to bottle-ferment for about two weeks, and then comes the most thrilling part: the big tasting session! We are counting the days—we just know this one is going to be a classic.


🎃 Today's Brewing Kettle is Bubbling!


Today, the brewing kettle is boiling away beautifully! We are meticulously weighing and inspecting the ingredients. The grain is being crushed, and the fermentation vessels are sparkling clean, ready for their new occupant.

We are crafting a special brew that perfectly captures the spirit of this cold season: a Pumpkin Spice Ale! We’re keeping the name under wraps for now 😉, but if all goes well, this is going to be a truly delicious winter warmer! We'll know more in about four weeks, because that’s when we get to taste-test it!

If both beers get our seal of approval after the tasting, they will be added to our range:

  • The Cailleach Dry Stout will become a permanent fixture in our core selection.

  • The delicious Pumpkin Spice Ale will join our lineup as a limited-edition seasonal beer. Get ready!
