Refund Policy

Products can be returned without justification within 14 days of the order. Returns are made at the consumer's own risk and expense. Returned products must be unused, unworn, and undamaged. Beers, of course, must be unopened and undamaged.

Damage to the control

WitchDruid is not responsible for any damage to your order during delivery. However, we will gladly help you find a solution if your products arrive damaged. Please contact us by phone (06 63162488) or email (witchdruid6@gmail.com) and provide your order number and as much information as possible about the damage, preferably with a photo.

Incomplete order

Occasionally, your order may be incomplete and some products may be missing. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible by phone (06 63162488) or email (witchdruid6@gmail.com). We can then find a solution together.
